Teacher Training Course Online Registration Form

Registration deadline is January 3, 2015.

Payment Options:

You may either pay tuition in full for $2500 upon registration, or you may choose to pay in three installments for a total of $2700.

The payment schedule is as follows:

$700 deposit due by January 3, 2015, upon registration
$1000 due by January 24, 2015
$1000 due by February 15, 2015

Attendance

Xplore Yoga Studio reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule any training sessions. You will need to attend all session in order to obtain your 200 hour certification. Absences must be approved with Xplore Yoga Studio management in advance & course appropriate homework must be completed. If you are unable to complete the homework assignments on your own; you can hire staff for private tutor sessions. Payment of deposit is taken as acknowledgment of and agreement to the above items.
